The story
Sunday lunch at a grandparent’s house, every chair taken, someone always arriving late with one more dish. Or a nasi lemak bungkus unwrapped on a busy morning and eaten together before the day pulls everyone apart. The meals we remember are rarely the grand ones; they are the ones we shared.
Our dining plates are made for those meals, as ready for nasi lemak as for a festive spread. The bunga raya, our national flower, frames each plate in vivid bloom on fine porcelain, because an ordinary lunch deserves to be laid as beautifully as a celebration.
Given as a pair, they become the first plates in a new home, waiting for the meals still to come. The meals we share today become the memories we keep.

A gift for two
Each set comes as a pair: two 27 cm dining plates. A pair makes a thoughtful gift for a couple, set for the first dinner in a new home, a wedding or an anniversary. It is the beginning of a table rather than a single plate on a shelf, and another pair can be added as the family and the gatherings grow.
Every piece is packed and padded securely in its own fitted place inside the gift box, so it arrives just as it left us. Each box also holds a small sachet of silica gel. It absorbs moisture inside the closed box, keeping the porcelain and the box itself dry and fresh while it travels and while it is stored, which matters in our humid climate. The sachet is not edible: once the gift is unpacked, please remove it and throw it away, out of reach of children and pets.
Hand wash only, with a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Keep it out of the dishwasher, microwave and oven, and avoid abrasive scourers and bleach. Store with care so the pieces do not knock together. See our Care Guide.
